The Tigers were visiting Bad Axe for their second game of the season after a tight loss to Harbor Beach 1-2.

Bad Axe was well known for their aggressive play and talents and the Caro team was not prepared for that.

First half was basically all Bad Axe's possession and control and managed to score 5 goals during first half. The coach was not happy with the lack of energy and marking of the opponents. However, the Tigers showed some improvement towards the end of the first half.

Second half lasted only 11 minutes for Bad Axe to add another 3 goals for the mercy. The Caro team had 3 breakaways and 1 shot in total.

With already 2 players injured, this team has to regroup and start playing some basic soccer. The coach will work on conditioning and technical drills to improve the level of the players and he believes the players will improve as we go throughout the season.

The MVP trophy was awarded to Senior Blake Spencer who played an aggressive game and marked his opponents as per his coach's instructions.

Next game is tomorrow in Caro hosting the team from Memphis at 5:30 pm.
