The Caro swim team finished 4th in the Stephanie Rice Invitational hosted by Ogemaw Heights High School at Standish- Sterling High School. Traverse City won with 353 points, followed by Standish with 256, Gaylord 197, CARO 194, Mt Pleasant 128, Ogemaw Heights 103, Exxexville Garber 90, and Oscoda 71.

     Caro individuals won 3 events and Caro's relays placed high. Carli Mark won the 200 free in 2:05.48 and the 100 free in 56.78, breaking her own school records in both cases. We have a cooperative program with Cass City High School. Autumn Sutton from Cass City won the 50 free in 26.96. Other top 6 finishers for Caro were Lindsey O'Connor in the 200 free, Sutton in the 100 butterfly, Renae King in the 500 free, Lecretia Hudson in the 100 back, and Leanna King in the 100 breaststroke.

     Caro's medley relay of Hudson, L. King, Sutton, and  O'Connor placed the 3rd. The 200 free relay of Sutton, Meredith Moore, R. King, and Mark. also placed 3rd and the 400 free team O'Connor, Moore, R. King, and Mark placed 4th.
